Returns

  • Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition

  • Any items showing signs of wear, damage, stains, or odors will not be accepted

Refunds

  • Once your returns is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval

  • Approved refunds will be issued to your original form of payment

  • Please allow 5-10 business days for your refund to process

Final Sale Items

  • All sale items, hats, and accessories are final sale and cannot be returned

Exchanges

  • We do not offer exchanges at this time

  • If you need a different size or item, please return your item and place a new order

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable

Damaged or Incorrect Items

  • If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contacts us within 3 days of delivery at offthehookoutfit@gmail.com with your order number and photos.
